The Mavs lost in OT 9-8 to the Walled Lake Western Warriors Tuesday night at Brighton.
Milford was led by Austin Combs and Kaz Bowring who each had two goals and two assists, Tristan Ingram-Reeve with three assists, Tyler Tori and Nick Bow who each had their first goals of the season and an assist, Ben Kozar and Kevin Mozel each with a goal and Freshmen Luke McIntyre with an assist.
Freshmen goalie Harris Partyka made 16 saves for the Mavs, while his Warrior counterpart Trevor Evans made 33 saves.
The Mavs next game is a rematch with Western January 10, 7PM at Hartland.
